The year unfolds through eleven Patterns of Nature, each offering a structured yet fluid pathway into the intricate wholeness of being. These patterns distill complexity into beautiful specificity, weaving a field of self as nature. Shape, vibration, and pattern form the very vocabulary of Nature’s language—a language already alive within you.
The program’s structure invites a natural rhythm of engagement. The twice-weekly 30-minute windows, with 20-minute classes, provide frequent, effortless touchpoints—opening channels, forging connections, rewriting inner narratives, and deepening your remembrance of wholeness. In the Spring, six weeks of hour-long sessions offer an opportunity to explore the details with greater depth. Each movement practice is framed by poetry and imagery in a class email, enriched afterward by community resonances. Wholeness in Motion weaves together visual, poetic, scientific (embracing multiple ways of knowing), communal, and movement-based explorations. Three individual sessions throughout the year allow for personal integration, and community hearth gatherings bring voices together to co-create the unfolding journey.
With live and recorded options, the experience is adaptable to your rhythm. You may move through all the offerings or engage as life allows—seasonally shifting your participation. Many have shaped this journey to align with their personal flow, honoring their unique pace while staying connected to the larger whole.

The year of Wholeness in Motion is organized as a year-long exploration. The summer has an optional retreat. I encourage you to join for the year. You can also register by season.

Winter: Tuesday and Thursday 7 to 7:30 Central time, (8 Eastern, 6 Mountain, 3 Helsinki). NEW Please note this change:This is a window for the 20 minute class. Space opens on the hour as if you were entering an in-person class and you have a few minutes to arrange your things and greet others. Class starts/recording starts 5 minutes after the hour and we end by 30 minutes after the hour, possible, hopefully often a little sooner. Dates: Tuesday January 21st to Thursday April 17th. 12 weeks 24 classes.
NEW Spring: Weekly hour long class for 6 weeks. Looking at day and time options based on group preference. At the moment I have 6 Saturdays: 7:30 to 8:30 AM as the initial option. Dates: Saturday April 26th - May 31st (subject to change)
Autumn: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7 to 7:30 AMCentral time, (8:30 E, 630 MT, 3:30 PM Helsinki) MAY SHIFT to Tuesday/Thursday schedule after assessing Winter schedule experience. Dates: Monday September 21st to Friday December 12th 12 weeks 36 classes.
