TThe year is organized around eleven Patterns of Nature. These patterns scaffold the complexity of wholeness into beautiful specificity within a field of self as nature. Patterns, shape and vibration are the vocabulary of Nature's language. It is a language already within you.
The 30 minute window with 20 minute class, two time a week format offers a frequent touching into your being as part of the world, to effortlessly open channels, make connections, rewrite stories and deepen your remembering of your wholeness. The six weeks of hour long classes in the Spring offer an opportunity to go deeper into the details. The movement work is framed by a poetry and image filled class-email and after class, by community resonances. Wholeness in Motion year combines visual, poetic, science (multiple ways of knowing sciences), community and movement. Three individual sessions as part of the year give the opportunity to make the work specific to your needs. There are a few community hearth gatherings to bring our voices together to co-create Wholeness in Motion. All aspects of class have live and recorded options. You can shape your engagement to fit your life and needs. You can do all classes or a few, once in awhile. Participants have successfully shaped the offering to their life flow and schedule, changing participation with the seasons.

The year of Wholeness in Motion is organized as a year long exploration. The summer has an optional retreat.. I encourage you to join for the year. You can also register by season.
Join us for a few weeks with no commitment to continue or obligation to pay or exchange.
Winter: Tuesday and Thursday 7 to 7:30 Central time, (8 Eastern, 6 Mountain, 3 Helsinki). NEW Please note this change:This is a window for the 20 minute class. Space opens on the hour as if you were entering an in-person class and you have a few minutes to arrange your things and greet others. Class starts/recording starts 5 minutes after the hour and we end by 30 minutes after the hour, possible, hopefully often a little sooner. Dates: Tuesday January 21st to Thursday April 17th. 12 weeks 24 classes.
NEW Spring: Weekly hour long class for 6 weeks. Looking at day and time options based on group preference. At the moment I have 6 Saturdays: 7:30 to 8:30 AM as the initial option. Dates: Saturday April 26th - May 31st (subject to change)
Autumn: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7 to 7:30 AMCentral time, (8:30 E, 630 MT, 3:30 PM Helsinki) MAY SHIFT to Tuesday/Thursday schedule after assessing Winter schedule experience. Dates: Monday September 21st to Friday December 12th 12 weeks 36 classes.
