Wholeness in Twelve 2022
In 2022 Wholeness in Twelve (WIT) is organized as a year long spiral of wholeness divided into three sessions. I encourage you to join for the year. You can also register by session.
Join us for a few weeks with no commitment to continue or obligation to pay or exchange.
Live On-line Class will take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:15 AM Central Standard time. Please adjust for your time zone. Class is usually 15 to 20 minutes on Monday and Wednesday, Friday usually lasts 30 to 40 minutes. You can join and exit class anytime without disturbing others.
An Individual Lesson per session (New- additional session for year long format - 3 lessons for the year.)

Three Day Workshop (New): Three morning June 20, 21, 22nd - 7 to 10 AM CDT.
Dates: Winter Session: January 17 to April 8th Spring Session: April 11 to June 13th plus 3 day (9 -hr) workshop June 20-22. Autumn Session: October 3rd to December 12th
Immersion Option: If you think having more individual sessions would benefit you, I encourage you to check out the WIM Immersion Program option which in essence is WIT for the year and 12 additional lessons plus some extras.

Wholeness in Twelve offers a way to support the thriving nature of your being through experiencing/embodying: • Principles in your structure • the spiral flow of blood through your arteries and how you are sprung into uprightness (physical pains begin to fall away). • Principles of life and movement • support precedes movement, we yield to push and push to reach and open to embrace, time, space, shape and energy, (expressive freedom and emotional resilience flourishes) • Principles in Nature • how lichen survives in winter, how trees communicate, how breath is earth and lungs, (deep safety in the support of the earth takes root).
As you explore, feel and know each amazing fact of your being and this universe, misconceptions about yourself, your worth, your ways of knowing are shed. Your sensations, thoughts and insights become friendly, reliable, clearer. Welcome Home!
