Wholeness in Motion • Patterns of Nature
Babette Lightner, RSME
WIM offers tools and skills for navigating life with clarity, even in muddled times. It helps people recognize & transform unhelpful or harmful embodied perspectives/beliefs that underlie their symptoms. Most symptom-producing perspectives are just a slight misunderstanding about how the human system works. When beliefs are more accurate to how the world works, how you work, there is generally less struggle with a dynamic life. WIM is for transformation that comes from a deep rediscovery of one's innate nature as Nature, the transformation of unveiling what is already here, now, and available.
WIM supports people in experiencing and appreciating the dynamic, uncertain brilliance of being alive. Through movement, embodied anatomy, inquiry, and the patterns of nature, we open pathways into wholeness, not as a final goal, but as a way of living that awakens awe, gratitude, and a deeper sense of belonging in this wild, horrific, and beautiful world.
