This self-guided video course is for those of you who already have a sense of the wholeness and rich brilliance of the human system. It is also for you if you are curious or even struggle with aligning your self-talk and/or your leadership practice with this whole being belief. You might tend to ignore the issue or feel a disconnect when working with body/physical structure. It is also for those of you curious about your own practices and open to exploring new perspectives to find what is useful to you and your teaching.
Meeting My Bones -- Empowered Body offers you a foundation in the Wholeness in Motion approach for working with physical structure and movement. It was originally created for the Center of Sound Music education. While the course is geared toward how musicians and music educators can benefit from this information, anyone interested in wholeness and movement can benefit.
It combines experiential work with theory, In this way you get a flavor of the experience of the work as well as the underlying ideas for the approach. There is some detailed experiential anatomy and support material. This is powerful entry material to Wholeness in Motion work.
