We dance in wholeness to remember our nature.
Essentially the textbook of Wholeness in Twelve is yourself, your relational self, which is movement and the world itself. Sensation, facts, and metaphor are your guides. As you explore, feel and know each amazing fact of your being and this universe, misconceptions about yourself, your worth, your ways of knowing are shed. Welcome Home!
Living Wholeness offers a way to support the thriving nature of your being through experiencing/embodying:
• Principles in your structure • the spiral flow of blood through your arteries and how you are sprung into uprightness (physical pains begin to fall away).
• Principles of life and movement • support precedes movement, we yield to push and push to reach, open to embrace, time, space, shape and energy, (expressive freedom and emotional resilience flourishes)
• Principles in Nature • how lichen survives in winter, how trees communicate, how breath is earth and lungs, (deep safety in the support of the earth takes root).

Deep Living Wholeness
This an economical and immersive way to deepen into your wholeness. Combines a Year of Living Wholeness with 12 Individual lessons and other learning opportunities.
